Products in stock will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
Made to order products are custom made for you at the time of order and require additional time. This is indicated in the product description. They will be shipped in 7-10 business days.
Duties and taxes vary by country and are not collected at the time of purchase. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Promotion codes can be entered at the bottom of the cart page during checkout. If you have more than one code, enter them all in the field shown separated by a comma.
I accept order cancellations within 24 hours, provided the goods have not already been shipped to you.
I ship anywhere in Canada and the contiguous United States.
You will receive tracking information for all parcels once shipped, unless items are shipped via lettermail. Some small items may be shipped via untracked letter mail in order to reduce costs to you. Items shipped via letter mail will indicate this in the product description. If you wish to use tracked parcel shipping for these items, please contact me before placing your order to discuss additional shipping charges.
Products are shipped with the utmost care in undamaged condition. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are in new, unused condition.
I cannot accept returns that have been made to order, or personalized.
Please contact me for a Return Authorization Number before returning an item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.
